Description
“If the path be beautiful, let us not ask where it leads.” — Anatole France
Artist Statement:
Part of my ‘In Motion’ series, ‘Pathway’ dives into the fleeting nature of life in the city. This piece captures movement with blurred lines and a simple color palette, with warm tones adding depth and direction. The anonymous figures highlight the collective rhythm over individual identities.
Focusing on form and motion, it strips away distractions to spotlight the scene’s fluidity and dynamism. The perspective draws your eye along the pathway, creating a sense of journey and progression.
The vague shapes invite viewers to project their own stories onto the canvas, making ‘Pathway’ a personal reflection on movement, progress, and change. It’s more than just something to look at; it’s a chance to think about our shared journey through life.
